I have stayed in a queen room with central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing desk. The best thing is location - adjacent to Plattsburgh, shopping area, the shops.

Everything was as good as it could be. The location was marvellous and easy, around 10-15 minutes walk from a shopping mall. And the area was fairly nice, next to restaurants and stores and the shops, grocery stores, restaurants & even the beaches.

The lobby is bright and well-kept, and the breakfast offered a decent selection, although a protein option like bacon would enhance it. Rooms are spacious and clean, providing ample bedding and a cozy window seat. Sound insulation is lacking, which disrupted sleep due to noises from adjacent rooms.

The hotel itself was wonderful and clean. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was great. The location was easy, a 10-15 minute walk from a shopping mall. It was also adjacent to the ferry, Plattsburgh and Lake Champlain. I came here for 2 nights and had an excellent stay.
